As CEO, Alexander is responsible for strategic leadership and client services. A distinguished career serving in senior management roles, including executive positions in both the private and public sectors, has prepared him well  to meet the challenges and find solutions for our clients. His hallmark of distinction is developing high-performance teams and working with people in organizations to develop their full potential to achieve objectives  and career success. Alexander has been responsible for several high-profile transformational corporate assignments that required vision and strong engagement. He is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association, where he serves on the Peel Chapter Board of Directors of the HRPA and is responsible for the Professional Development portfolio. He is also a member of the Canadian Public Relations Society and  is accredited in public relations/communications. Alexander  is a Rotarian and is the committee chair for President Elect Training of Rotary Club President Elects in District 7090 – an international district. He is a former member of the HR committee for the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce and HR round table founding Chair for the Burlington Chamber of Commerce.
